Everyone has a story to tell and most of the time we don’t have the time or opportunity to hear the story
before that person has passed away.
I am for hire to record your story or the story of one of your family members, an older member maybe
with dementia, someone you haven’t been talking to for a while but would like to remember them or have
their voice and story recorded maybe for your self or your children. Something like making an old
fashioned radio story but its your personal family story.
Often our parents and grand parents die without telling their story. We hear some of it in bits and pieces
when we periodically meet at family gatherings but often we are to busy to hear the whole story or we
cant remember it.
I would love to spend an agreed amount of time with someone and record their story just as it is told. I’m
impartial and I am good at asking questions to keep things going. Maybe the story needs more than one
session to be told. I have experience that people with sever dementia could tell me some of their early
history if we spoke english. So I can be the active listner in both danish and english.
I work by the hour. I will record what is said and you get the raw copy of the recording without editing. I
only give the copy to whom ever ordered the recording, make sure you have the original and then when
we are sure you can hear the recording I will delete my copy to ensure privacy.
I can do the recording any where in Denmark and the price has to be fixed before I start.
I love to hear stories and real life history is simply the best. Recorded stories told directly are our history
and can be saved for future generations.
