I’m taking therapy out of the therapy rooms and putting it into Nature. Long walks in the forest, sauna heat, long drives in the car, sailing or what ever works. Its about the telling, the connection, the silence – its now time to give ourselves time and space to heal – a longer time in nature to work our way into quietness where we find our own solutions to our own stuff – and I will facilitate this space for you to work in, listen to you, keep you safe when you need to talk, to be quiet, to scream or cry. Ill just listen to your problem and listen to your solution.
